Oasis
Tenuta Don Mimì is a few kilometers from the most beautiful coasts of Puglia, Donna Alba, however, imagined that those who passed through here had to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of absolute quiet. For this reason, among her many legacies, she has also indicated the ideal place, in the midst of oaks and olive trees, for an oasis of water. A refreshment perfectly included in nature, made with the same geometric lines of the "pile", large stone tubs used to water the animals.

Relax
Surrounded by a large lawn, oaks, olive trees and a cherry tree, which offers the wonderful "railway". The interior, deliberately white, allows the reflection of the most diverse colors of the sky of the Itria Valley, from green to turquoise, from blue to light blue. Leaving the residences, to enter this cooling oasis, allows the ritual to mark the hours of the day and night. From morning to midnight, from dusk to teeming with stars, when the many lights of the village and the estate are lit up all around.
