The Tenuta
Discovered and guarded by Don Mimì, the Professor, and his beloved Alba. The Tenuta is at the center of two hectares of land, in the Itria Valley, in front of Monte Castel Pagano. A unique place, where you can breathe a refined simplicity.

Place
Tenuta Don Mimì is a charming residence, located in the center of the Itria Valley, halfway between the villages of Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo. Composed of secular trulli, preserved by a luxuriant oak forest, it is surrounded by stone walls, natural guidelines of holm oaks, olive trees, almond trees, cherry trees, walnuts and prickly pears, with two terraces overlooking the sacred Monte Castel Pagano and the Aqueduct cycle route. Five cones, with a 500sqm square of ancient stones, placed strictly respecting the identity of the territory.
A precious treasure chest in the center of the Itria Valley, made up of trulli, ancient olive trees, stone walls and a legendary oak forest.

History
The structure, initially composed of different architectural bodies, only in the seventies, began to take on today's appearance, with a square that unites the two residences, enhancing the ancient architecture of the 1800s. In almost fifty years of interventions, generously handed down by the founders to the new generations, the village has been restored to its ancient splendor, thanks to interventions animated by the love for these places and the desire to guarantee their integrity and original beauty.

Architecture
Living the atmosphere of the trulli is a unique experience, marked by linear and welcoming geometries, which reconcile with a high quality of life. The same values that characterize the shapes and materials of the Estate. The stones, the iron, with which doors and windows were made, and the lime, thanks to which the white of the cones bewitches anyone who admires them. Forms and feelings that for hundreds of years have characterized these places full of charm, culture and mystery.
