The Residences
Autonomous and imposing, they outline the perimeter between the village, the olive grove, the swimming pool and the village. Elegant and full of every comfort, they have been furnished, enhancing the authentic architecture of the area.
Hospitality
Totally autonomous from each other, built entirely of stone and equipped with five trulli, the residences represent the oldest identity of the estate. Very white, cool in summer and welcoming in winter, thanks also to the two stone fireplaces. Furnished with the same simplicity of the peasant culture that has always signed indelible pages here, but with an extra touch, the indigo conceived and wanted by Donna Alba, who proudly stands out everywhere. Both equipped with bathroom, kitchen, free wi-fi system and TV, they are structured with one bedroom per dwelling, plus another six beds, two in one and four in the other, one of which is French.
A precious treasure chest in the center of the Itria Valley, made up of centuries-old trulli, preserved by a legendary oak forest, surrounded by dry stone walls.
Entirely built in stone and furnished with the simplicity of peasant culture, they represent the oldest identity of the Tenuta Don Mimì.
Spaces
The two residences have automatic entrances, with a car park protected by the branches of a luxuriant pine forest. Each room is supplied with clean linen. All the rooms are characterized by a sober and functional furniture, marked by white and, in some points, by exposed stone, as per ancient tradition. The central bodies have the classic cone vault, typical of the trulli. All the rooms have their own view of the village. The indigo color, a nuance full of charm, chosen for the wooden and ceramic walls and furnishings, makes the interiors as welcoming as the facades of the perimeter walls, in a play of colors that enhances their beauty.
Services
The structures have every comfort. Pure cotton sheets, smart TV, free wi-fi, two fully furnished kitchens and a laundry room. Despite having the particularity of being cool in summer and staying warm in winter, the houses are equipped with independent heating systems. Outside, on the other hand, to enjoy the relaxing quiet of the village even during meals, a masonry table, a small square, next to the water cistern, an oven and the swimming pool have been created, surrounded by centenary chianche and a large English lawn. , with sunbeds, umbrellas and shower, to make your stay in the green even more intoxicating.
