Natural heir of a thousand-year-old tradition, Cervillo extra virgin olive oil was born in 1972 in the same district that hosts the estate and its olive trees, one of the oldest in this magical land, thanks to another intuition of Don Mimì.

Taste
Here, in a geographical environment unique in the world, thanks to the industrious "know-how" of our farmers, vast areas of land have been recovered, which have been able to be used for planting vineyards. This is also why our "extra virgin" has an unmistakable golden colour, with a flavor of almond notes, a delicate fruity smell and a typically strong taste, like the character of our people.

A project of excellence, within an area delimited by three provinces and full of lush olive groves, trulli and dry stone walls, in the magnificent context of the Mediterranean part of the isthmus of Puglia, between the Adriatic and the Ionian, where the Murge they degrade towards the Salento plain.
